Star Wars Knights of the old Republic Hints & Cheats.

I post some of helpful tips on how to endure and complete the game. These hints are great. You should try this out if you got KOTOR I game:

Before I show my tips and hints. Let me say a summary about Taris:

Taris, is a rich planet in the Outer Rim.They have filled with tall towers, alien species, and more. Though, during the Jedi Civil War, Darth Malak cease Taris by putting the Upper City into quarantine. He declare martial law on the entire planet to find Bastila and Revan. He made countless of Sith Base in order for the Sith army to find them and hopefully not to wage war against the citizens of Taris.

The reason why Malak wants Bastila and Revan because #1: Bastila can influence a huge army of jedi, sith or anything to become more powerful in battle/combat buy the rare force technique, battle meditation. #2, Revan is Malak's old apprentice. Malak want Revan to be killed when he relized that Malak plotting to kill him on Revan's warship during the first battle on the Star Forge and the Jedi Civil War. By striking his laser fire to Revan's bridge. The Jedi strike team including Bastila fainted the explosion momentarily.

Revan, nearly killed in the bridge. The strike team escaped with Revan to wipe his memory from the Jedi Masters on Dantoonie in order to for Revan not to bring his domination of the Jedi and Republic and also, the Jedi want to quickly end the war....

OK here's some cheats through out Taris:

#1: How to get A Sith Uniform and keep it.

"I used to have this uniform. And the people on Taris and other worlds can be fooled if you use it. This uniform will increased the Dexterity around +8. So this will help you to shoot blasters to a target and it can be helpful. But getting it will be simple. All you have to do is go to the Upper City cantina and ask around people until you talk some of the Sith troops that is not on duty. Talk to them, and just imitate them if you can, agreeing their complaints. You can encourage them if you want."

Now he/she will tell you where you are invited in a party near the Upper city apartments. (I think it is either north or south apartments) and YOU MUST GO THERE. Once you arrived, you will see people dance and after they drink lots of alcohol, they will faint to the ground. Search around the room and grab the Sith uniform in a footlocker. You can keep the uniform throughout the game if you switch uniform with Carth and put him in a party list on the main menu. This will only work if you join to work with Gadon/Hidden Beks!"

#2 How to get light side points

Getting light side points can be easy. All you have to do is when your talking to somebody, you'll have to say polite statements on the dialogue screen. Also to if somebody reward you for credits, just reject their reward, don't worry, it's a polite thing! The more you continue to become a respectful good Jedi, the less chance to fall the dark side.
Speaking dark side, continuing to go light will take a very long time to reach at the top. Rejecting the teachings from the Jedi and not solving problems from your party's issues and showing lack of caring and love. That will shift your light side points into dark side. Probably adding 5 points to shift down to darkness!

#3 How to get dark side points

It's like #2. Just be mad, kill or threat, rob, lying, mocking, and joining a bad crowd. It's pretty simple. Even if you just reject the Jedi Council and teachings. The more you get dark side. The less chance for you to join the light side.

BUT.....if you join the light side because maybe you feel like you don't want to be evil, the more light side points you've earn to become a true Jedi than sith. The more you feel that you are doing the right thing.

You maybe have two questions: "Which path can I really chose? And what happens to the end of the game?"

Well folks, that's your decision! The light side can make you feel happy, so does the whole party and the jedi masters. The light side ending is a heroic scene when defeating Malak, the sith, importantly, the Star Forge. The Republic wins the war.

The Dark Side ending is a evil scene where you defeat Malak, (which is good) but the bad thing is you and Bastila are assuming the dark throne. And you're taking over the battle station, producing a massive sith army called Leviathans. In order to take over the Republic in the Core Worlds. And you killed all your friends except Carth Onasi....

The Sith wins the war.

#4 I can guarantee you that you can defeat Malak this way on Star Forge.......

a) The First Battle, don't use up your force powers. Use dobule-bladed lightsabers and a heavy jedi/sith robe for protection. Before you fight Malak, make sure you plant the mines on the long bridge walk.
